Building on the latest trends, techniques and innovation in home building construction, GreenSmith Builders seeks to forge a new path toward the future of homebuilding and disrupt the industry along the way.
Aaron Smith
Aaron has over 25 years of experience in home construction, building products, sustainability and non-profit board leadership. He has worked for companies including Kohler, Uponor and ASSA ABLOY as well as startups in Silicon Valley and his own building and remodeling company. Aaron previously served on non-profit Boards for Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center, Health Product Declaration Collaborative (HPDC), CT Sustainable Business Council, and co-founded the CT Collaborative – Living Building Challenge.
Marc Wigder
Real Estate Professional, Founder and Managing Partner at the Greenhouse Property Company, Yale MBA 2017. After practicing real estate law for many years, the Greenhouse Offices and the Wigder Companies were founded which focuses on infusing sustainability into the redevelopment and re-positioning of distressed commercial real estate projects in the Northeast, and South Florida. Our consolidated company is now the Greenhouse Property Company and continues to expand across the eastcoast.
